Chua Tianhao is the visionary Founder of Theco Consulting, an accomplished entrepreneur, TEDx Speaker, and former management consultant at a prestigious firm founded by Michael Porter.

Navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and the Myanmar coup, Tianhao co-founded an F&B company and led the successful expansion of two bubble tea brands, one pizza brand, and one Mookata restaurant to over 40 outlets, managing a dynamic team of more than 200 employees.

As the co-founder of Quantum HR, with subsidiaries across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and India, and the Partnership Developer at Hub Solution, a Singapore-based tech and marketing agency, Tianhao's expertise spans multiple industries and regions.

At Theco Consulting, Tianhao leverages the proprietary G.P.S principles, forming the backbone of their strategic approach. These principles guide clients in crafting resilient and scalable strategies, fostering significant growth.
